Nima Shahsavari
Nima Shahsavari has pursued writing since the age of 15 as a means to question structures of power and explore the concepts of freedom. His works, ranging from poetry to analytical essays, are grounded in the philosophy of "Janism" (the intrinsic value of all living beings) and the equality of all sentient entities. Believing in universal access to knowledge, he distributes his writings freely, bypassing commercial cycles. By replacing paper with digital publishing, Shahsavari strives to ensure his words echo as a pulse for redefining life without harming nature.
In the name of the sole freedom of all living beings
I deemed it my duty to ensure such an inscription appeared at the dawn of this treatise. Nima Shahsavari rose to write, inviting minds to liberation. I considered it a dishonor to commercialize my struggle through this path or stain this pure endeavor with material wealth.
With the aid of modern technology, one need not follow the path of the ancients and consume paper for publication. I have never published my writings upon paper—the life of a tree. If you consider yourself an advocate of freedom, you will not commit slaughter against nature.
Hoping for the freedom and liberation of all living beings

To enter Baniyan is to step onto the scorched earth of a civilization caught in terminal collapse. Within the rigorous framework of Nima Shahsavari, this work transcends conventional narrative to establish a profound biocentric methodology for subverting the Sarkonian order. It is an unyielding summons to strip away the false identities and institutionalized cloaks that systems of power drape over the living essence of the cosmos.
At the core of the text lies the deconstruction of the archetype of the cloak—representing the artificial hierarchies of class and race that alienate conscious beings from their true nature. The philosophical tension of the work hinges on a vital dilemma: how to safeguard innate simplicity and absolute equality against the military aggression of dominant structures without reproducing the mechanisms of violence. Through concepts such as Zhidad and Zhiban, the text explores the necessity of defensive technologies designed to freeze harm in its tracks.
Rooted strictly in the philosophy of Janism, Baniyan abolishes the arbitrary valuation of life. Within this paradigm, the existential worth of a street sweeper equals that of a scholar, and the life of a non-human animal or plant holds absolute parity with human existence. The text systematically dismantles anthropocentric arrogance, replacing structural exploitation with an unwavering commitment to the sacred integrity of every living particle.
Ultimately, Baniyan culminates in the realization of a unified living organism. It depicts a world where suffering is transmuted into a shared universal language of empathy, rendering all forms of hierarchy and subjugation obsolete. It stands as a timeless monument to freedom, equality, and the unyielding defense of the living soul.
The contemporary philosophical landscape demands works that do not merely describe the crises of civilization, but actively map out paths of radical liberation. In Baniyan, Nima Shahsavari delivers a monumental text that merges literary narrative with a strict biocentric methodology. Rejecting all forms of self-aggrandizement, the work offers an uncompromising analysis of the collapse of the scorched earth and the transition toward a naked, unshielded civilization of life. Through austere prose and piercing philosophical depth, Baniyan challenges the foundational myths of institutional power and calls for the total emancipation of existence.
The architecture of oppression examined in Baniyan relies heavily on the imposition of artificial identities. The text introduces the archetype of the cloak—representing the rigid layers of class, race, and social categorization that the Sarkonian system forces upon conscious beings. These cloaks serve to fragment existence, turning living entities into compliant cogs within a machine of exploitation.
The deconstruction of these identity structures is presented as an ontological necessity. To touch the truth of existence, the individual must strip away the garments of hierarchy and status. This unburdening allows consciousness to reconnect with the primal stream of life, bypassing the artificial constructs that justify domination and inequality.
One of the most profound tensions mapped within the narrative of Baniyan is the friction between absolute inner simplicity and the pragmatic necessity of protective structures. A society built upon universal equality and the total rejection of violence inevitably faces the external aggression of dominant, predatory systems.
To resolve this existential threat without compromising its ethical core, the work introduces defensive frameworks such as Zhidad and Zhiban. These technological and conceptual palliatives are designed not to conquer, but to freeze harm—to arrest the momentum of violence before it can fracture the fragile peace of the living community. This delicate balance highlights the immense complexity of maintaining an ethical posture in a world dominated by structural hostility.
At the absolute center of Baniyan lies the uncompromising philosophy of Janism (جانگرایی). This worldview shatters the traditional hierarchies that privilege human existence over the rest of the natural world. In the universe of Baniyan, the existential value of a laborer is perfectly equal to that of an intellectual, and the life of a non-human animal or plant holds the exact same sanctity as human life.
This radical egalitarianism rejects the utilitarian calculus of modern civilization. Every living particle is recognized as an irreplaceable expression of the universal life-force. Consequently, any structure, institution, or ideology that attempts to subordinate one living soul for the benefit of another is exposed as an illegitimate tyranny.
As the narrative and philosophical arguments of Baniyan unfold, they converge upon a grand evolutionary vision: the realization of a single, unified living organism. In this state of global interconnectedness, individual isolation dissolves into a collective consciousness where pain is no longer a tool of torture, but a shared language of mutual understanding.
This ultimate synthesis eradicates the possibility of dominance. By recognizing that the suffering of the smallest ذره (particle) reverberates through the entire cosmos, the text establishes an absolute ethic of non-harm. It is a vision of a society where power is entirely abolished, replaced by a harmonious resonance of free, equal, and living beings.
In an era defined by ecological devastation and systemic oppression, Baniyan stands as an essential philosophical manifesto. By refusing to offer comforting illusions and instead demanding a rigorous confrontation with the mechanics of power, Shahsavari provides a timeless guide for liberation. The work remains an enduring testament to the power of Janism, proving that a civilization free of violence and hierarchy is not an impossible dream, but an existential imperative.
