Nima Shahsavari
Nima Shahsavari has pursued writing since the age of 15 as a means to question structures of power and explore the concepts of freedom. His works, ranging from poetry to analytical essays, are grounded in the philosophy of "Janism" (the intrinsic value of all living beings) and the equality of all sentient entities. Believing in universal access to knowledge, he distributes his writings freely, bypassing commercial cycles. By replacing paper with digital publishing, Shahsavari strives to ensure his words echo as a pulse for redefining life without harming nature.
In the name of the sole freedom of all living beings
I deemed it my duty to ensure such an inscription appeared at the dawn of this treatise. Nima Shahsavari rose to write, inviting minds to liberation. I considered it a dishonor to commercialize my struggle through this path or stain this pure endeavor with material wealth.
With the aid of modern technology, one need not follow the path of the ancients and consume paper for publication. I have never published my writings upon paper—the life of a tree. If you consider yourself an advocate of freedom, you will not commit slaughter against nature.
Hoping for the freedom and liberation of all living beings

Equality, Freedom, Critique of Power
Open-Access Digital Heritage
To enter Heyjan is to step into an intense, 18-narrative crucible designed to dissolve the artificial taxonomies that isolate human existence from the broader tapestry of nature. Within the philosophical architecture of Nima Shahsavari, the term Heyjan signifies the absolute ontological unity of all breathing entities, asserting that any hierarchical division between human, non-human animal, and plant life serves merely to legitimize systemic violence.
The text undertakes an unyielding dissection of modern civilization, diagnosing its core as a feast of blood where entertainment, consumption, and scientific progress are bought at the expense of sentient suffering. From zoos and circuses—characterized in the text as human-cages—to industrial laboratories that reduce living consciousness to statistical data, Heyjan exposes the pervasive mechanisms of biological slavery and the moral apathy that enables them.
At the ethical center of the work lies the philosophy of Janism (جانگرایی), which posits that freedom is an intrinsic property of existence rather than a social contract. The narrative introduces the archetype of the life-guardian, urging humanity to transcend basic instinct through moral reason, abandon the exploitation of others, and adopt an unyielding commitment to absolute non-harm.
Crucially, the physical form of Heyjan mirrors its philosophical imperative. Published exclusively as an open-access digital text to prevent the destruction of trees—the ancient guardians of the soil—the work demonstrates that true liberation cannot be printed on the carcass of nature. It stands as a seamless synthesis of ethical theory, open distribution, and radical reverence for life.
The philosophical corpus of Nima Shahsavari represents a sustained, deconstructive assault on anthropocentrism and structural tyranny. In Heyjan, this intellectual trajectory culminates in an 18-narrative work that dismantles the speciesist boundaries separating human beings from animals and plants. Rejecting any form of self-aggrandizement, the text adopts a serious, objective, and deeply literary tone. It introduces the neologism Heyjan to express the single, indivisible spark of life that flows through all conscious entities, establishing that freedom is not an institutional concession, but the primary ontological truth of existence.
A central pillar of Heyjan is its comprehensive critique of modern civilization’s reliance on animal exploitation. The text uses the metaphor of the “feast of blood” to characterize a society that grounds its leisure, sustenance, and scientific advancement in the subjugation of vulnerable lives. Shahsavari systematically analyzes institutional spaces such as zoos and circuses—re-conceptualized as sites of human arrogance—and scientific laboratories where living souls are reduced to cold statistical variables.
This biological slavery is shown to be deeply embedded in daily culture, warping human conscience so that pleasure is derived from the captivity and suffering of others. By bringing to light the mechanisms of this normalized violence, Heyjan challenges the reader to confront their own complicity in systems that commodify life, urging a total rupture with the apparatus of exploitation.
At the philosophical core of Heyjan is Janism (جانگرایی), a worldview that mandates the absolute equality and inviolability of every living entity. Freedom, within this paradigm, is not a legal arrangement defined by human states; it is an intrinsic attribute of the living soul. Every cage—whether a physical enclosure or an ideological dogma—constitutes a crime against the integrity of the cosmos.
To counteract systemic cruelty, Heyjan articulates the concept of Janiwari or life-guardianship. This posture demands that human beings elevate moral reason above instinctual consumption, assuming a protective role toward all living beings. The narrative of Taghla (The Struggle), through the archetype of the pained arm, demonstrates that the moral willpower to rescue a suffering life transcends any physical limitation or personal hardship.
In alignment with its core message, the physical distribution of Heyjan is itself a philosophical statement. Recognizing that traditional print publishing relies on harvesting trees—which the text honors as the primary parents and guardians of the earth—Shahsavari refuses to allow paper printing. Consuming the bodies of trees to print a text dedicated to universal liberation represents an unacceptable contradiction.
Consequently, Heyjan is offered exclusively as an open-access digital resource on idealistic-world.com. This publishing model ensures that knowledge is distributed freely without inflicting harm upon the natural environment, exemplifying the principle that true enlightenment must never be purchased through the destruction of life.
The ultimate thesis of Heyjan is that human freedom cannot be realized in isolation. As long as chains of ownership remain fastened to non-human animals or plants, the human spirit remains imprisoned by its own tyranny. The work calls for an immediate transition toward ethical plant-based living and an awakening of universal empathy.
By urging humanity to step away from the feast of blood and drink from the shared cup of universal existence, Heyjan establishes an enduring roadmap for ethical evolution. It stands as a vital text for researchers, ethicists, and readers seeking a world grounded in non-violence, structural justice, and the sacred equality of all living beings.
In an era marked by rapid ecological decay and institutionalized violence, Heyjan serves as a profound call to moral awakening. By uniting literary depth with the radical ethics of Janism and open-access distribution, Shahsavari delivers an indispensable contribution to contemporary critical literature. The work remains an unyielding testament to the truth that compassion is not a mere choice, but the sole foundation for the survival of life on earth.
