Nima Shahsavari
Nima Shahsavari has pursued writing since the age of 15 as a means to question structures of power and explore the concepts of freedom. His works, ranging from poetry to analytical essays, are grounded in the philosophy of "Janism" (the intrinsic value of all living beings) and the equality of all sentient entities. Believing in universal access to knowledge, he distributes his writings freely, bypassing commercial cycles. By replacing paper with digital publishing, Shahsavari strives to ensure his words echo as a pulse for redefining life without harming nature.
In the name of the sole freedom of all living beings
I deemed it my duty to ensure such an inscription appeared at the dawn of this treatise. Nima Shahsavari rose to write, inviting minds to liberation. I considered it a dishonor to commercialize my struggle through this path or stain this pure endeavor with material wealth.
With the aid of modern technology, one need not follow the path of the ancients and consume paper for publication. I have never published my writings upon paper—the life of a tree. If you consider yourself an advocate of freedom, you will not commit slaughter against nature.
Hoping for the freedom and liberation of all living beings

To question the origin of law is to confront the violence upon which modern states are built. The World of Janism initiates this radical confrontation by exposing how conventional legal systems serve merely as instruments of power rather than instruments of justice. Laws born from majority rule or raw coercion systematically ignore the agonizing cries of the voiceless—non-human animals, botanical ecosystems, and the marginalized elements of the living world.
At the core of this philosophical vision lies the revolutionary doctrine of legislation from pain. In this paradigm, pain is recognized as the most honest ontological datum of existence. The text introduces the archetype of the translators of pain—intellectual and ethical stewards whose singular duty is to listen to suffering and translate it into unyielding legal perimeters that eradicate harm at its root. This approach dismantles the anthropocentric delusion that the Earth exists solely to serve human utility.
The work reimagines global security and economics through the abolition of all instruments of war and the introduction of a non-commoditized framework of existence. Security is no longer maintained through the threat of annihilation, but through absolute transparency and a profound covenant of non-harm. In this liberated planetary order, the intrinsic dignity of every living spark is guarded by specialized councils dedicated exclusively to the preservation of breath and freedom.
Ultimately, this manifesto transcends ordinary political theory, serving as a timeless ethical beacon. It challenges humanity to abandon manufactured idols of authority and return to the uncorrupted scale of living suffering, charting a definitive course toward a harmonious civilization where every sentient entity is honored in its absolute sanctity.
The history of jurisprudence is largely a chronicle of the powerful imposing their will upon the vulnerable. Traditional legal systems—whether forged through autocracy or majoritarian democracy—derive their authority from naked power, legislative fiat, or abstract contractual agreements that routinely ignore the suffering of non-human entities. In The World of Janism, Nima Shahsavari shatters this traditional framework by proposing the most radical legal concept of the contemporary epoch: the transition to legislation derived from pain.
In this newly forged paradigm, pain is elevated to the status of the most truthful ontological reality. While human words can be manipulated, obfuscated, or weaponized by dominant classes, biological and existential suffering remains an undeniable, raw truth. The text introduces the vital role of the translators of pain—a vanguard of ethical intellects tasked with intercepting this suffering and translating it into binding legal constraints designed to eradicate harm before it manifests. This structural shift moves governance away from the capricious desires of rulers and anchors it permanently in the biological reality of sentient existence.
The root cause of all contemporary ecological and moral catastrophes is diagnosed as extreme anthropocentrism. For millennia, human societies have operated under the narcissistic assumption that the Earth, its ecosystems, and its myriad inhabitants are merely raw materials destined for human extraction and consumption. The World of Janism dismantles this hubris, demonstrating that human supremacy is an unsustainable aberration that leads inexorably to planetary collapse.
Drawing deeply from the philosophical principles of Janism, the work posits that “Jan” (the living breath or soul) is a singular, universal essence present across all manifestations of life. This recognition dictates an absolute biological equality. In this framework, dignity is not a conditional privilege granted by benevolent states to human citizens, but an inherent, unalienable property of every living entity, protected by an overarching supreme court of life.
A society built upon the sanctity of life cannot tolerate the economic machinery of exploitation or the institutionalized violence of warfare. The text outlines a fundamental overhaul of planetary resources through the model of non-commoditized life economics. Here, resource allocation is driven not by the accumulation of capital or market dominance, but by existential necessity and the preservation of ecological equilibrium.
Simultaneously, the manifesto demands the absolute dissolution of all military structures, weapons, and instruments of coercion. The concept of security is rescued from the militaristic state and redefined through absolute transparency and the universal language of life. By removing the machinery of destruction, human communities transition from the theater of mutual annihilation into a state of voluntary, cooperative harmony.
In strict alignment with its philosophical premises, the dissemination of The World of Janism is treated as an active moral statement. Rejecting the physical slaughter of trees for paper and the toxic industrial footprints of traditional publishing, the author has chosen to release the work exclusively in an open-access, digital format. This decision embodies the law of non-harm, proving that profound philosophical and revolutionary ideas can propagate across the globe without exacting a toll on the living world.
Ultimately, The World of Janism is not a utopian abstraction, but an urgent, rigorous roadmap for humanity’s next evolutionary milestone. By replacing ballot boxes with the scales of suffering, dismantling anthropocentric arrogance, and anchoring all governance in the sacred preservation of life, Nima Shahsavari offers a definitive vision for an Earth liberated from dominion, where every living breath is recognized in its unalterable sanctity.
