Nima Shahsavari
Nima Shahsavari has pursued writing since the age of 15 as a means to question structures of power and explore the concepts of freedom. His works, ranging from poetry to analytical essays, are grounded in the philosophy of "Janism" (the intrinsic value of all living beings) and the equality of all sentient entities. Believing in universal access to knowledge, he distributes his writings freely, bypassing commercial cycles. By replacing paper with digital publishing, Shahsavari strives to ensure his words echo as a pulse for redefining life without harming nature.
In the name of the sole freedom of all living beings
I deemed it my duty to ensure such an inscription appeared at the dawn of this treatise. Nima Shahsavari rose to write, inviting minds to liberation. I considered it a dishonor to commercialize my struggle through this path or stain this pure endeavor with material wealth.
With the aid of modern technology, one need not follow the path of the ancients and consume paper for publication. I have never published my writings upon paper—the life of a tree. If you consider yourself an advocate of freedom, you will not commit slaughter against nature.
Hoping for the freedom and liberation of all living beings

The contemporary trajectory of civilization points toward a terrifying horizon where technology and totalitarian power merge to industrialize the very origin of life. In The Human Process, this dystopian reality is dissected through the concept of the global womb, a system that strips reproductive autonomy from individuals and places biological creation under the strict control of mechanical efficiency. In this paradigm, newborns are no longer welcomed through emotional bonds, but are manufactured as standardized units within automated life capsules, designed exclusively to serve the requirements of the state.
A central horror of this industrial paradigm is the utilitarian devaluation of existence, where non-conforming or redundant beings are systematically repurposed as physical fuel for the survival of the collective machine. This theology of mechanized perpetuity justifies absolute biological exploitation under the guise of progress. The work investigates how institutionalized power erases individual agency, reducing conscious entities to mere biological resources and treating the sacred web of life as an expendable raw material.
In resolute opposition to this mechanized nightmare stands the philosophy of Janism, which champions the sanctity of all living souls and the ethical imperative of non-harm. Liberation from the industrial birth cycle requires a radical rejection of utility-driven existence and a return to the authentic emotional connections that define true sentience. By refusing to participate in the machinery of exploitation—manifested also in the author’s strict digital-only publishing choice to protect living trees—the text illuminates a path toward freedom, grounding human dignity in uncompromised compassion and the absolute protection of life.
As modern technological capabilities expand, the boundary between ethical stewardship and mechanical exploitation grows increasingly thin. In The Human Process, Nima Shahsavari investigates the ultimate consequence of this trajectory: a future where biological birth is entirely industrialized. When reproductive capacity is wrenched from the sphere of personal autonomy and absorbed into totalitarian systems of mass production, life ceases to be viewed as a sacred occurrence. Instead, it becomes a manufactured commodity, engineered to specifications dictated by economic utility and systemic control.
This industrialization of origin relies upon the creation of artificial life structures, such as automated breeding facilities and standardized reproduction capsules. Within this framework, the human form is divorced from its ontological context and treated as an interchangeable component of a vast socioeconomic engine. The profound emotional bonds that historically accompanied parental care are replaced by engineered obedience, ensuring that successive generations remain entirely subservient to the demands of institutional power.
One of the most unsettling dimensions explored in this work is the emergence of the global womb, an overarching authority that dictates the terms of existence from conception onward. Under this system, life is assigned a transactional value. Those deemed non-compliant or economically inefficient face radical subjugation, with their physical remnants even repurposed to fuel the growth of compliant future generations. This gruesome economy reflects the logical extreme of anthropocentric arrogance, where nature and sentient life are subjugated completely to the imperatives of the machine.
Furthermore, the text highlights the stark divide between privileged administrative classes and marginalized populations forced to exist on the fringes of the system. These outcasts navigate survival without institutional oversight, illustrating the deep fractures generated by a society that prioritizes technological efficiency over human empathy. Through evocative archetypes of witness and resistance, the narrative underscores the profound spiritual cost of surrendering biological autonomy to totalitarian planning.
Standing in radical defiance against the desolation of industrial reproduction is the ethical framework of Janism. This philosophy asserts that all living beings possess an intrinsic, unalienated right to exist free from exploitation, objectification, and harm. Unlike traditional political theories that focus solely on surface-level reforms, Janism demands a fundamental transformation in how humanity perceives its relationship with the broader web of life, rejecting the premise that any entity can be legitimately used as a mere means to an end.
The transition away from the machinery of mass production requires an awakening of consciousness. It necessitates breaking the chains of obedience and rediscovering the authentic essence of care, which transcends biological compulsion and serves as an expression of universal compassion. True liberation cannot be achieved within a structure built on the subjugation of sentient existence; it demands an active, uncompromising withdrawal of consent from systems that turn life into a product.
The culmination of this philosophical inquiry is a powerful call to action: the rejection of industrial birth in favor of a profound commitment to the sanctity of life. By anchoring parenting and community in moral responsibility rather than biological servitude, individuals can begin to dismantle the architecture of oppression.
In alignment with these core principles, The Philosophical stance of the author extends directly into its distribution. By choosing a completely free, open-access digital format over physical paper publishing, the work actively honors the ecological imperative to protect living trees from unnecessary destruction. The Human Process stands as an indispensable intellectual guide for any reader seeking to navigate the shadows of technological totalitarianism and breathe freely within an atmosphere of genuine, life-affirming freedom.
