Nima Shahsavari
Nima Shahsavari has pursued writing since the age of 15 as a means to question structures of power and explore the concepts of freedom. His works, ranging from poetry to analytical essays, are grounded in the philosophy of "Janism" (the intrinsic value of all living beings) and the equality of all sentient entities. Believing in universal access to knowledge, he distributes his writings freely, bypassing commercial cycles. By replacing paper with digital publishing, Shahsavari strives to ensure his words echo as a pulse for redefining life without harming nature.
In the name of the sole freedom of all living beings
I deemed it my duty to ensure such an inscription appeared at the dawn of this treatise. Nima Shahsavari rose to write, inviting minds to liberation. I considered it a dishonor to commercialize my struggle through this path or stain this pure endeavor with material wealth.
With the aid of modern technology, one need not follow the path of the ancients and consume paper for publication. I have never published my writings upon paper—the life of a tree. If you consider yourself an advocate of freedom, you will not commit slaughter against nature.
Hoping for the freedom and liberation of all living beings

To engage with Razm-Nameh is to step onto a battlefield where words become instruments of radical emancipation. Poetry in this context transcends mere aesthetic decoration; it becomes an existential rebellion against the theological and political tyrannies that seek to imprison the living soul. Nima Shahsavari summons the archetype of the rebel to shatter the fabricated gods of dominance and expose the illegitimacy of earthly power structures.
At the philosophical core of these verses lies the uncompromising worldview of Janism. The text wages war against anthropocentric supremacy, unmasking the violence inherent in human institutions and cultural norms. Through stark imagery and uncompromising moral clarity, the poems dissect the societal suffering of the ruined lands, refusing to yield to despair while demanding an absolute awakening of human consciousness.
Plant-based living is elevated far beyond a mere dietary choice; it is framed as a martial discipline of compassion—a refusal to participate in the bloody economy of a civilization that worships death. From the silent resilience of trees to the unconditioned love of animals, the collection draws profound ethical lessons, teaching that true freedom requires an unbreakable commitment to non-harm across all manifestations of life.
Ultimately, Razm-Nameh charts a definitive pathway toward a borderless planetary home governed by the weapon of peace. By rejecting silence in the face of oppression, the work proves that poetry possesses the revolutionary power to dismantle structural tyranny and inaugurate an era of universal reverence for life.
Throughout history, dominant power structures have sought to domesticate art, turning poetry into a sterile ornament for courts and ruling classes. In Razm-Nameh, Nima Shahsavari shatters this domestication, forging verse into an uncompromising weapon for revolutionary liberation. The collection operates as a poetic manifesto of rebellion, confronting the theological and political architectures that have long kept human consciousness and the living world in chains. Poetry here is no longer a passive reflection of reality; it is an active, destabilizing force designed to wake the sleeping mind and ignite structural transformation.
The central pillar of this poetic crusade is the invocation of the rebel archetype. This figure does not seek minor reforms within a corrupt system, but launches a total ontological assault on the very concept of absolute authority. By challenging the fabricated deities invented to justify slavery, hierarchy, and slaughter, Razm-Nameh clears the intellectual debris, making space for the emergence of the uncorrupted sacredness of living breath.
A significant portion of the collection exposes the stark realities of societal decay within the ruined lands. With a naked, razor-sharp linguistic style, Shahsavari lays bare the horrors of poverty, institutionalized violence, and systemic oppression orchestrated by predatory rulers. Yet, these verses refuse to languish in the paralyzing cul-de-sac of despair. Instead, they issue a clarion call known as the covenant of the brave.
In this framework, freedom is never a passive gift granted by benevolent authorities; it is a hard-won state of being achieved through unyielding resistance and the profound awakening of the soul. The poetry dismantles the illusions of nationalism and state-worship, arguing that true dignity can only flourish when individuals cast off their inherited dogmas and stand in defense of the vulnerable.
Razm-Nameh boldly expands the boundaries of human-centric literature by extending absolute moral consideration to all living entities. In powerful pieces like the tree-centric odes, the text critiques human hubris—symbolized by the woodcutter’s axe—and champions the inherent right of animals and ecosystems to live free from exploitation. Here, plant-based living is reframed not merely as a dietary preference, but as an essential martial discipline of peace.
This path of compassion serves as a radical break from the bloody feast of a civilization built on the slaughter of sentient life. Shahsavari demonstrates that to achieve a pure and harmonious world, humanity must learn steadfast endurance from the trees and unconditioned love from the animal kingdom, rooting every action in the uncompromising law of non-harm.
Toward its climax, the poetic journey moves gracefully from the critique of tyranny toward the illumination of a liberated utopian horizon. The collection introduces the concept of the weapon of peace, where artistic expression, fierce intellectual rigor, and profound empathy replace the destructive machinery of war. Territorial nationalism is discarded in favor of a borderless global home united entirely by the sacred imperative to protect the life of another.
In strict alignment with its revolutionary principles, the publication of Razm-Nameh is maintained as an uncompromising moral act. Rejecting the physical destruction of forests for paper and the toxic industrial footprints of traditional publishing, the author has chosen to release the work exclusively in an open-access, digital format. This ensures that even in the propagation of revolutionary poetry, no living tree is sacrificed to awaken human minds.
Ultimately, Razm-Nameh stands as a monumental achievement in critical literature. By weaponizing poetry against structural oppression, dismantling theological justifications for dominance, and anchoring every stanza in the profound ethics of Janism, Nima Shahsavari offers an unforgettable reminder that silence in the face of tyranny is pure complicity, and that true art remains the ultimate catalyst for the liberation of all existence.
